    The pool and spa

    The high speed internet was a straight out lie, their IT manager admitted to me after I complained that the speed I had from the wifi system was the best they could do 3K/sec to 100K/sec. I would only recommend this to friends if they don't want or need to use internet

    Facilities are awesome especially for family and kids, so many choices of swimming pool. Food is great, loads of choices, clean and delicious. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel have beautiful views and modern decoration.

    However, for check-in and check-out is not fast enough. Customers have to wait in a line for a big while.

    The staff was very friendly and helpsome, talked with our kids, the swimming pool area was very nice and our kids find it very funny. Perfect distance to wadi rum..

    I would be a great idea to clean the beach for stone and rocks...Some aktivities for a litlle older children, we have to kids ages 10 and a boy age almost 6 the kids klub was good but mainly for younger kids, some dance and sports aktivities would be perfect...there is actully only 2 resturants for dinner and only one place to eat for lunch..the weekend was overcrawed and the morning buffet a nightmare because of all the local familyes.
